According to Steve Couvillion, Supervisor of Distribution GIS at Entergy, this 2 month effort "was one of the fastest deployments of a vendor solution software in Entergy's history"
Entergy management decided to go ahead with Storm Center to deliver online outage communication as they expect "This will be a tremendous
tool for our customers in providing quality electrical service". Throughout North America, electric utilities are seeing great benefits from the use of the web channels to engage customers and provide timely information on the ccompany including outage data.
