Austin Energy selects iFactor Consulting for Power On Upgrade

Austin Energy has elected to have iFactor Consulting complete design, development, and production implementation of GE's latest technical support bulletins (TSBs) for PowerOn. The project will include the implementation of TSB 4 and TSB 5 within the Austin Energy PowerOn system. iFactor will coordinate installation of these upgrades as well as integration of Austin Energy's existing PowerOn customizations with the product changes. The project is scheudled to start in September and be released to production in December, 2008.

This project is the first to be awarded under Austin Energy's recent award of a 24 month service agreement to iFactor Consulting.
