Outage Summaries
Outage Summaries
Tabular summary information gives an overview of the outage situation that is valuable for communications with the media, emergency response, and customers at large. A comprehensive summary allows your company to provide a single source of information about real time operational conditions, saving time and building confidence in your systems and processes. Area name, number of customers affected, and estimated restoration times for each area are displayed.
ERT Management
ERT Management
Estimated restoration times are automatically processed from the outage management systems, and can be overridden within the Storm Center administration console for severe situations where the data from the outage management system may not be available or ready for public use.
Weather
